  • 1/4 pound Field Bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  3. Stir in flour. Slowly stir in evaporated milk and 2 cups water.
  4. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to the boiling point; season with Worcestershire sauce and onion.
  5. Add cheese and continue to heat over low heat until cheese is melted. Add cooked macaroni; mix everything well.
