Bacon Spinach Dip

One of your favorite restaurant appetizers is easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Field Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of water
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Stir together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder and paprika until combined.
  2. Fold in spinach, cooked bacon, parmesan and 3/4 cup mozzarella. Transfer spinach mixture to baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella. (If mixture is very high in baking dish, place a baking sheet below dish to catch spillage.)
  3. Bake until golden and bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.
